You may start and finish your retreat on any day from Saturday 5th March 2022
Summary of rates
Self-catering retreat for one or two people : 5 nights for €250 or £225
extension per night €50 or £45
Transfers (individual/couple, payable in euros) each way: from Toulouse or Carcassonne airports €35; from Pamiers station €15
Counselling and non-residential rates
I do not charge for casual or occasional sessions face-to-face or online,
but if the work is extended I expect clients to make an appropriate donation to the charity -
Médecins sans Frontières (Doctors without Borders), for which I will provide details
Counselling face-to-face half-day (incl light lunch) : €100
Supervision (per session of one and a half hours) : €65 or £60

25% deposit is payable with your booking by bank transfer, credit/debit card or PayPal (4.5% surcharge for PayPal)
Balance is payable on arrival by credit/debit card or by cash in euros
Other than necessitated by the Covid pandemic, we have never cancelled a booking or a retreat and would not do so except in a case of absolute necessity. If that should ever happen we would immediately refund by bank transfer all monies paid to us, but we do not undertake to recompense travel costs.
In the case of cancellation necessitated by the pandemic either through regulations placed on yourself or on ourselves, we will make a full refund of your deposit. You will note that you will not have been required to pay the balance until arrival.
Note that the same arrangements may not apply if you have booked on any of the platforms on which our retreats appear.
It is your responsibility to be adequately insured against any remaining costs of cancellation.
